Thank you for choosing  IEEKER Technology products. To safeguard your rights, please carefully read and keep your purchase receipt.

This policy applies to products sold by IEEKER Technology after December 5, 2014. The specific terms are as follows:


Service Policy
1In case of product malfunction, customers are entitled to warranty service with a valid purchase receipt and warranty card.
2Products are warranted for one year from the actual delivery date, based on the purchase date, except for consumable parts; modules and accessories are covered by a three-month warranty.
3After the warranty period expires, IEEKER Technology provides paid repair services. Please contact IEEKER Technology for specific charges based on the circumstances. In cases where the damage is severe, parts are discontinued, or other uncontrollable factors prevent repair, the company may decline repair service.
4For out-of-warranty paid repairs, there is a 90-day warranty period after the repair. Payments are accepted only through specified accounts. Note: The 90-day warranty period applies only to the recurrence of the original fault (excluding non-warranty scope).
5If your purchased product needs repair or inspection, please backup relevant data in a timely manner. IEEKER Technology is not responsible for any loss caused by data loss.
6During the warranty period, shipping costs are shared by both parties. Costs outside the warranty are borne by the customer.
Non-Warranty Scope
The following situations are not covered by warranty, and IEEKER may provide paid repair services:
1. Products beyond the warranty period.
2. Non-warranted components: CPU, memory chips, Flash memory.
3. Products with physical damage such as PCB burning or cracking due to improper use.
4. Products where the "barcode or factory label" on the purchase receipt has been altered, covered, lost, or cannot identify IEEKER product information.
5. Products where the "barcode or factory label" on the purchase receipt does not match the product itself.
6. Quality issues caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accidents, alterations, or failure to use according to the instruction manual, or tearing/altering the barcode or factory label.
7. Issues caused by uncontrollable factors.
8. Products damaged due to improper packaging or handling during the return process of faulty parts.

From the day the repaired product is received, the repair process takes seven working days (excluding transit time).

Company Statement
1. In case of any conflict between this regulation and national regulations, national regulations shall prevail.
2. The revision and interpretation rights of this regulation belong to Shenzhen IEEKER Technology Co., Ltd.
3. This regulation shall come into effect from December 5, 2014.
