We implement a series of inspection measures including incoming material inspection, pre-baking before production, solder paste printing inspection, online AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), first article inspection, X-ray sampling, IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) patrol inspection, and QA (Quality Assurance) full inspection before shipment. Real-time antistatic monitoring throughout ensures the elimination of any quality risks.

To deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers, our factory features a 100,000-level dust-free production workshop equipped with Panasonic high-speed dual-track SMT lines. We utilize fully automated solder paste printers, nitrogen reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), X-RAY, intelligent first article inspection equipment, intelligent solder paste management cabinets, fully automatic PCB separators, three-proof coating automatic coating machines, laser engraving machines, BGA rework stations, and more.
Additionally, we integrate MES intelligent management systems, intelligent warehousing systems, ERP systems, and electrostatic management systems to ensure comprehensive quality control and efficient production processes.
