OpenHarmony 3.1 Release

OpenHarmony 3.1 Release supports complex standard screen devices and complex UI application development for the first time, and achieves basic capability upgrades in kernel layer, system service layer, framework layer, and development resources & tool chain, marking a new turning point for OpenHarmony.

From 1.0 to 3.1, in less than two years, the system capabilities of OpenHarmony versions have continued to develop. OpenHarmony 1.0 has a lightweight OS basic framework, OpenHarmony 2.0 supports audio and video and multi-core capabilities, OpenHarmony 3.0 supports ArkUI framework and basic distributed capabilities, and now OpenHarmony 3.1 has new features such as complex graphics, security, phone and distributed enhancements.

The IEEKER IE-RK3568 development board has a built-in OpenHarmony 3.1 Release standard system, based on the Rockchip RK3568 Cortex-A55 quad-core processor, supporting up to 8GB high-speed LPDDR4, 1T computing power NPU, 4K H.265 hard decoding, 4K HDMI2.0 display output, supporting dual-channel LVDS/eDP/two-way MIPI DSI and other display interfaces, and supporting 3 screens with different displays. Onboard 2-way Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band WIFI+Bluetooth, support for 5G or 4G communication, support for 2-way USB3.0 and 7-way USB2.0, SATA3.0, 5-way serial port (UART/RS232/RS485), 2-way CAN bus.

It supports multiple operating systems such as Android11/Debian10/Ubuntu20/Buildroot/Kylin OS/Hongmeng OpenHarmony, providing developers with a convenient development environment with rich services, high performance and high integration, helping developers quickly become familiar with the OpenHarmony operating system and practice various application development.
